Patience Ozokwo, born on September 14, 1958 in Amaobo, Ngwo, Enugu State, is a talented actress with a lifelong love for her craft. Her passion for acting began during her primary school days and continued to grow as she pursued her education. After attending the Abimbola Gibson Memorial School in Lagos, she furthered her studies at the Institute of Management and Technology Enugu, where she earned a degree in Fine and Applied Arts.
Despite her early dedication to her studies, Patience Ozokwo found herself preparing to enter marriage at the tender age of 19.
Her Marriage
At the young age of 19, Patience Ozokwo entered into an arranged marriage with a man chosen by her parents. Despite having other suitors, she complied with her parents’ wishes and proceeded with the marriage.
Her husband, who worked as a mechanical engineer and civil servant in Enugu, turned out to be a blessing in disguise as Patience developed a deep love for him. Their marriage was a happy and fulfilling one, characterized by simplicity and joy.
Together, they raised three beautiful children and built a contented life. However, tragedy struck in the year 2000 when her husband fell ill and eventually passed away.
On that fateful day, Patience was actually on a movie set working. Upon receiving the devastating news, she immediately halted the shoot – disregarding the objections of the movie producer. Unfazed, Patience took the necessary time off to grieve and eventually returned to complete the film. She remained devoted to her husband’s memory and was by his side, even after his departure.
Since his passing, Patience has chosen not to remarry. Whenever she speaks about her late husband, she expresses her longing for their companionship and the strong partnership they had in raising their children. His memory continues to live on, not only in the heart of Patience but also in the hearts of their children.

According to online sources, Nduka is the youngest child of Patience and he is currently 30 years old. Apart from being a football player, Nduka also shares a strong bond with his mother as her trusted confidant and prayer companion. He is currently playing for FC Ankaragücü in Turkey. Additionally, Nduka is happily married and has children of his own.
